NCI is an original concept by Lesley Ancion of Goatface Tech — a new execution model for artificial intelligence designed to run on regular PCs and single-board computers like the Raspberry Pi, without requiring expensive GPU hardware.

Where current AI compresses models as an afterthought, NCI makes compression native to the architecture itself, mirroring how the human brain organizes knowledge as relationships between concepts rather than storing raw data.

The Brain Parallel

The human brain runs on roughly 20 watts. It achieves this by keeping 96–99% of neurons silent at any moment. NCI applies this same principle computationally — only relevant nodes activate, everything else costs nothing.
